FEBRUARY 28, 2022 – Suite929, a leading independent video network publisher, announced the launch of a standalone podcast network – The 9ine, dedicated to elevating Minority voices & creators, and sharing cultural experiences with listeners. The announcement was made by Chuck Holliday, Suite929 Founder and Suite929 LLC Principal Partner.

The 9ine will offer creators a platform to share stories and perspectives relevant to listeners and all audiences. The network will roll out 3 new shows in Spring 2022, beginning with “Cultura Ciudad.” The show takes a historical look at the upbringing of Latin culture within major urban cities.
In addition, the new network will kick off with a spin-off of Suite929’s popular talk show “The Date Sheet,” which debuted in 2018 and has featured conversations with guests surrounding dating and courtship. The spin-off, titled “The Date Sheet: Exes + Owes,” centers around self care, healing, and navigating in a post-dating setting.

The 9ine will further serve as a platform for talent outside the partners’ client base, offering Suite929’s production expertise and The Blake Agency’s marketing and branding acumen.

“Minority creators drive our culture. Despite this, we are consistently underrepresented across media,” said Chuck Holliday, Founder of Suite929. “We are excited to provide a platform so that these voices are better represented and amplified. We could not be more excited for this launch.”

All shows on The 9ine podcast network will be distributed through Spotify which is home to more than 4 million original podcast titles. Current Suite929-produced Podcasts Crafted With Cradle and Network or Die are not affected with this expansion and will remain independently distributed.
